These terms and conditions apply to the Paper Football 3D app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by O Circle Games (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms before using the Application. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the Application are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application (or any part of it) at any time. The Application is currently free to download and use. If any paid features or services are introduced in the future, users will be clearly informed before any charges apply.
The Application may store and process certain personal or non-personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, for the purpose of providing core app functionality, analytics, advertisements, authentication, leaderboards, and cloud-based game data storage.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. These services may collect and process data independently.

Google Play Services / Google Play Games Services
AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)
Unity Technologies (Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, Unity Authentication, Unity Cloud Save, Unity Leaderboards, Unity Crash Reporting)
The Service Provider is not responsible for how these third-party services handle your data. Users are encouraged to review their respective policies.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application failing to function due to lack of internet access or limited data availability.
If you use the Application over a mobile network, your network provider’s terms apply, and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges. You are solely responsible for any such costs.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functioning correctly, it is provided “AS IS”. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
The Service Provider may terminate or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:
Your right to use the Application will cease
You must stop using and delete the Application from your device
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
