I was born an artist. The way I see and interpret the world around me flows through everything I create. Combining everything that I have learned in life, education and emotional responses to the environment around me; then I shove it into everything that I do. Purpose is a word I like to think about while creating. What is the purpose of the work and are the decisions I am making serve that purpose? I take into consideration everything from the materials used to create the work all the way out to the edges of the frame that holds the madness together.
