1. What PaperBet is
PaperBet is a simulated sports betting app. You can browse events, view odds, and place bets using virtual currency (“PaperBucks”). No real money is wagered, won, or lost. All betting is for practice only.

2. What data we collect
We collect only what’s needed to run the app:

• Account / login info – An anonymous account identifier (no email, name, or phone number).

• In-app activity / betting history – The bets you place (e.g. selections, stakes, odds), transaction history (e.g. daily claim, bet settled), and portfolio names.

• Usage data – Information about how you use the app (e.g. placing bets, claiming the daily bonus) so we can provide your wallet, bet history, and portfolios.

We do not collect: precise or coarse location, email, phone number, real name, payment or financial info, or device advertising identifiers.

3. Third parties we use
We use Supabase for authentication (anonymous sign-in), database, and backend functions. Your account ID, betting history, and related data are stored in our Supabase project so the app can work. We do not use AdMob or any other advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.

4. How we use the data
We use the data only to:

• Maintain your account and sign you in.

• Store and show your bets, wallet, transaction history, and portfolios.

• Run and improve the app and prevent abuse.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, our own advertising or marketing, or cross-app/third-party analytics.

5. Ads and analytics
We do not show ads in the app. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or ad networks.

6. Your rights and deletion
