Paper is an iOS application that helps you manage your daily tasks simply and efficiently.
Paper Pro is available as a weekly ($0.99), monthly ($2.99), or annual ($14.99) auto-renewable subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
Paper and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Olga Afanaseva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Paper immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Olga Afanaseva, nor her employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
