PAPERPRO PRIVACY POLICY

  1. INTRODUCTION

  PaperPro is an informational cryptocurrency market-data, news, watchlist, and local price-alert application provided by NESHOBE WOOD PRODUCTS INC. (“PaperPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the PaperPro iOS application.

  PaperPro does not require you to create an account. We do not operate a user-account backend, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

  By using PaperPro, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  2. SUMMARY OF OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES

  PaperPro:

  • Does not require an account or sign-in.

  • Does not collect your name, phone number, mailing address, or date of birth through the app.

  • Does not collect exchange credentials, wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, deposits, withdrawals, or trading history.

  • Does not access your camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, health information, or precise location.

  • Does not collect an advertising identifier or use cross-app tracking.

  • Does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

  • Does not sell personal information.

  • Does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Stores watchlists, alert settings, alert history, preferences, and cached content locally on your device.

  • Connects to third-party market-data, image, news, and publisher services to provide current content.

  • Uses local notifications only and does not upload an Apple Push Notification device token to a PaperPro server.

  3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

  PaperPro stores certain information locally on your iPhone so that the app can provide its features.

  This locally stored information may include:

  • Cryptocurrency watchlist selections.

  • Price-alert symbols, thresholds, and directions.

  • Price-alert trigger history.

  • Appearance and app preferences.

  • Onboarding completion status.

  • Recently retrieved market data.

  • Recently retrieved news content.

  • Other temporary cache information required for normal app operation.

  This information is stored within PaperPro’s local application storage on your device.

  PaperPro does not upload your watchlist, alert targets, alert history, preferences, or cached content to a PaperPro-operated server.

  4. MARKET DATA, NEWS, AND IMAGE REQUESTS

  PaperPro connects directly to third-party internet services to retrieve market prices, market statistics, charts, cryptocurrency images, news headlines, article summaries, and publisher content.

  These services may include:

  • Binance Global and Binance.US for public spot-market information.

  • Binance-hosted services for cryptocurrency images.

  • Binance.US, CoinDesk, and Cointelegraph for publicly available news feeds and related content.

  • Publisher websites that you choose to open from within PaperPro or in your browser.

  When PaperPro makes an internet request, the receiving service and network intermediaries may automatically receive technical information normally associated with an internet connection, such as:

  • Your IP address.

  • The date and time of the request.

  • The requested URL or resource.

  • HTTP request information.

  • General device or network information transmitted as part of the connection.

  PaperPro does not add your watchlist, alert targets, alert history, financial account information, wallet information, or a PaperPro user identifier to these requests.

  Third-party providers may process or retain technical request information according to their own privacy policies and terms. PaperPro does not control the privacy, security, retention, or logging practices of independent third-party providers.

  5. NEWS ARTICLES AND EMBEDDED WEB CONTENT

  PaperPro may display news headlines, short summaries, publisher names, publication dates, and associated images obtained from supported news feeds.

  When you choose to read a full article, PaperPro may open the publisher’s website inside an embedded web browser or in your external browser.

  Publisher websites may use cookies, JavaScript, local storage, advertising technologies, analytics technologies, or other tracking mechanisms under their own privacy policies. PaperPro does not control these websites or their privacy practices.

  PaperPro does not use information from publisher cookies or website storage for PaperPro advertising or user profiling.

  You should review the privacy policy of the applicable publisher before interacting with its website.

  6. NOTIFICATIONS

  If you grant notification permission, PaperPro may schedule local notifications on your device when a configured price threshold is detected.

  PaperPro’s price alerts:

  • Are evaluated while the app is active and receiving market data.

  • Are scheduled locally through iOS.

  • Are not a server-side or continuous 24-hour monitoring service.

  • Do not require PaperPro to operate a push-notification server.

  • Do not cause PaperPro to upload an Apple Push Notification device token.

  You can disable notification permission at any time through the iOS Settings application.

  Removing an alert inside PaperPro prevents that alert from being evaluated in the future.

  7. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

  PaperPro does not automatically send a support report or diagnostic information to us.

  If you voluntarily contact us by email or choose to share a support report, we may receive:

  • Your email address.

  • The information you include in your message.

  • The PaperPro app version and build number.

  • General device or operating-system information included in the support report.

  • Any other information you voluntarily choose to provide.

  The standard PaperPro support report does not automatically include your watchlist, alert targets, or alert history.

  We use support communications only to respond to your request, investigate an issue, maintain records of the request, protect the security of the app, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

  We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and document the request, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may contact us to request deletion of eligible support communications.

  8. INFORMATION PAPERPRO DOES NOT COLLECT THROUGH THE APP

  PaperPro does not collect or request:

  • A PaperPro account or password.

  • Your legal name.

  • Your mailing address.

  • Your telephone number.

  • Your date of birth.

  • Government identification documents.

  • Social-media account credentials.

  • Exchange usernames or passwords.

  • Exchange API keys.

  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses for account management purposes.

  • Private keys or seed phrases.

  • Deposit, withdrawal, custody, or trading information.

  • Bank-account or payment-card information.

  • Contacts or address-book information.

  • Photos or videos from your photo library.

  • Camera or microphone recordings.

  • Precise or approximate device location for advertising.

  • Health or fitness information.

  • Installed-application lists.

  • An advertising identifier.

  • A PaperPro-created unique device identifier.

  • Biometric information.

  PaperPro does not execute cryptocurrency trades, hold assets, provide custody, connect to exchange balances, or provide a cryptocurrency wallet.

  9. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING

  PaperPro does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

  PaperPro does not:

  • Display behavioral advertising.

  • Build advertising profiles.

  • Track you across applications or websites owned by other companies.

  • Sell personal information.

  • Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Use the Apple advertising identifier.

  • Request App Tracking Transparency permission.

  Independent publisher websites opened from PaperPro may operate their own advertising or analytics systems. Those systems are controlled by the applicable publisher and are governed by the publisher’s privacy policy.

  10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  Local application data remains on your device until one of the following occurs:

  • You remove an individual watchlist item.

  • You delete an individual price alert.

  • You delete or clear alert history where that option is available.

  • Cached content is replaced by newer content.

  • iOS removes temporary application data.

  • You delete PaperPro from your device.

  Deleting PaperPro from your iPhone removes PaperPro’s locally stored application data from that device, subject to the normal operation of iOS and any device backups controlled by you or Apple.

  Because PaperPro does not provide a user account and does not operate a user-data backend, there is no separate PaperPro cloud account to delete.

  PaperPro cannot directly delete request logs or other information independently retained by third-party market-data providers, news publishers, internet service providers, Apple, or websites you visit. Requests concerning such data must be directed to the applicable

  third party.

  11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

  Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how personal information is used.

  Because PaperPro does not maintain user accounts or a centralized user profile, most PaperPro data can be managed directly on your device.

  You can:

  • Remove watchlist items inside the app.

  • Delete price alerts inside the app.

  • Clear alert history where the option is available.

  • Disable notifications in iOS Settings.

  • Stop using the app.

  • Delete the app to remove locally stored PaperPro data.

  • Contact us regarding support communications or other privacy questions.

  We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We may also retain information where required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or necessary to prevent fraud or security abuse.

  12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

  PaperPro is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.

  PaperPro does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

  If you believe that a child has voluntarily provided personal information to us through a support communication, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

  13. DATA SECURITY

  PaperPro uses reasonable technical measures designed to protect information handled by the app.

  Local PaperPro data is stored within the application’s iOS sandbox and is subject to the security protections provided by your device and operating system. Network requests made by PaperPro use secure HTTPS or WSS connections where supported by the applicable provider.

  No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party services and websites are responsible for the security of information processed by their systems.

  14. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

  Third-party market-data services, publishers, content-delivery networks, and other service providers may operate servers in countries or regions other than the country where you live.

  As a result, technical request information may be processed in other jurisdictions under the applicable provider’s privacy policy and local laws.

  PaperPro does not control where independent third-party providers process or store their request logs.

  15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  PaperPro’s inclusion of a third-party service, source, link, logo, image, or article does not mean that PaperPro controls or endorses that third party’s privacy practices.

  Independent third parties are responsible for their own:

  • Privacy policies.

  • Data-retention practices.

  • Security practices.

  • Cookies and website storage.

  • Advertising and analytics technologies.

  • Content and service availability.

  • Legal and regulatory compliance.

  This Privacy Policy applies only to PaperPro’s own handling of information. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party providers or websites.

  16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

  We may update this Privacy Policy when PaperPro’s features, data sources, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.

  When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy and, where appropriate, communicated through the app or its App Store listing.

  Your continued use of PaperPro after an updated policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
