Paper Jump ayrı bir watlop hesabı oluşturmaz. Bu işlemler Google hesabınızın tamamını silmez.
1. Cihazdaki kayıtlar
Oyunda Ayarlar → Yerel verileri sil seçeneği mevcut oyuncunun bu cihazdaki ilerlemesini, elmas ve koleksiyon kayıtlarını, onaylanan fotoğraf topunu ve yerel tercihleri sıfırlar. Diğer Google hesaplarına ait cihaz kayıtlarının tamamını kaldırmak için Android Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Paper Jump → Depolama → Verileri temizle seçeneğini kullanın. Bu işlem buluttaki kayıtları silmez; tekrar Play Games ile giriş yapınca bulut kaydınız yeniden indirilebilir.
2. Google Play Games bulut verileri
Play Games ayarlarında “Play Games hesabını ve verilerini sil” bölümünü açın. “Tek bir oyuna ait verileri sil” altında Paper Jump’ı seçin. Bulut kaydı; ilerleme, puan, elmas, koleksiyon ve varsa yalnızca onayladığınız dairesel fotoğraf kırpımını içerebilir. Google’ın sakladığı oyun verilerinin silinmesi geri alınamayabilir. 3. Satın alma kayıtları
Yerel veya oyun bulut verilerini silmek, Google Play sipariş geçmişini silmez ve otomatik para iadesi başlatmaz. Google, ödeme ve sipariş kayıtlarını kendi koşulları ve yasal yükümlülüklerine göre saklar. İade taleplerini Google Play üzerinden iletin.
4. E-posta ile talep
firerly14@gmail.com adresine “Paper Jump veri silme talebi” konusuyla hangi veriyi silmek istediğinizi yazın. Şifre, kimlik belgesi, ödeme bilgisi veya fotoğraf göndermeyin. watlop ayrı bir oyuncu veritabanı tutmaz ve Google’ın sakladığı verileri doğrudan silemez; ilgili Google aracına yönlendirir. Destek yazışmaları talebin değerlendirilmesi ve gerekli yasal yükümlülükler için kullanılır.

Paper Jump does not create a separate watlop account. These steps do not delete your entire Google account.
1. Local records
Settings → Delete local data resets the current player’s progress, diamond and collection records, approved photo-ball crop and preferences on this device. To remove all local records for other Google accounts too, use Android Settings → Apps → Paper Jump → Storage → Clear data. This does not delete cloud saves. Signing in to Play Games again may download the cloud save.
2. Google Play Games cloud data
In Play Games settings, open “Delete Play Games account & data”, then choose Paper Jump under “Delete individual game data”. Cloud saves may contain progress, scores, diamonds, collection ownership and only your approved circular photo crop, if used. Deleting Google-held game data may be irreversible. 3. Purchase records
Deleting local or cloud game data does not erase Google Play order history or automatically issue a refund. Google retains payment and order records under its own terms and legal obligations. Request refunds through Google Play.
4. Email request
Email firerly14@gmail.com with the subject “Paper Jump data deletion request” and describe the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or photos. watlop has no separate player database and cannot directly delete Google-held data; we will direct you to the relevant Google tool. Support correspondence is used to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
