Thank you so much for the interest in my art! It means a lot to me that you’d want to spend money on it.

When you commission me, my top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, I won't sell it to you until you are. Don’t be afraid to ask for changes! That being said, I have some rules that ensure we both walk out of the transaction fully satisfied. This is subject to change at any time, but it won't be often that it does!  Anything important is in bold.

Feel free to skip this and read it later, but know that you are agreeing to it when you buy! 

General and Commercial Use

By purchasing, you agree to the following.  If you do not follow them, I will contact you first about the situation. Breaking my TOS may result in a blacklist from my commissions and a block from my social media. The only time I will ever blacklist someone is if they are unwilling to work it out with me, however. I don’t bite!

• You may share/repost/use the art anywhere you’d like, just please give credit where it is due!  If you are reposting on Toyhouse, I’d prefer if you tag my TH account. 

• If you choose to edit the art after, that is totally fine as long as the edits don't contain hateful speech or controversial subjects! Please ask me before you change anything however.

• I will be using your commissioned artwork for my portfolio. This means I am likely to post your commission. By request I will not post certain pieces of artwork.

• If you wish to reproduce your commission for profit (merchandise) I would like to discuss this in advance. 

• Please do not use my art as an example for your own commissions/products!

Content, Edits and Extra Fees

I'm very experienced drawing this!

• Anthropomorphic animals

• Common animal species

• “Exotic” or consistently undomesticated animals. 

• Suggestive content

I have some experience drawing the following!

• Humans

• Dragons

• Dinosaurs

• Gore/Blood

• Light horror

• NSFW

I will not draw the following!

• Mechanical characters. Willing to attempt small areas, such as a mechanical hand. Be prepared with an alternative

• Armor

• Anything discriminatory to any party (race, gender, sexuality, etc.)

Message me for details or questions regarding any of the content listed! I reserve the right to request an alternative character if I feel I cannot complete the commission with the previous one (extra fees will be refunded in this case)

Extra Fees

If you have a certain timeframe that you’d like your commission to be finished within, specify BEFORE PAYING as I charge a rush/priority fee. This guarantees your commission will be completed within this timeframe. Turnaround times will vary between 1-3 weeks on average otherwise, but can reach up to a month or two during long queue times. 

• For 3 day turnaround - $20

• For 1 week turnaround - $15

• For 2 week turnaround - $10

• For 1 month turnaround - $5

PLEASE NOTE if mistakes are made on your commission and they are my own fault, I will fix them for free. If you require extra edits too far in to the drawing (exceeding an average of 2 complimentary edits) that cause the commission to take longer, I will charge for edits. 

Complicated characters I may charge more for and this price varies. It is by my own discretion at the time; based on patterns, # of limbs, species, etc.

Commission Process

Typically the process will look like this!

1. You will contact me with the order form prepared (I am almost always open for commissions). If you cannot fill out some parts on your own, do ask me for help! 

2. I will confirm your order, or make slight adjustments to the price, and then I will send you a Paypal invoice. I also take payment through Kofi and via gift cards!

3. After this you may add me on Discord to receive updates on your commission. This is the only way to receive updates AS I work on the commission, otherwise I will only send a sketch to confirm (through the platform we talked through) and occasional updates on where in the queue you are! 

Of course, you can also message me anytime for a check-in and I will provide an update. Please do not spam me, I have anxiety and other issues that make spamming very hard on my work.

Payment

When buying from me, you are paying with real money. I base my prices off of minimum wage and other variables such as demand, expertise, workload, etc.

After accepting your commission, I will privately contact you for an invoice. You will pay in full before I start unless I have specified otherwise.

• If you are not comfortable with this, you may pay half first and the second half after I provide a sketch.

The conversion will show up as Canadian, please send in USD

The only time that I as the artist will request to refund you is if I can not finish in a specified time frame, you’ve been waiting for longer than you should have been or if you do not have an alternative character.

• If you want a refund after I have already started the commission, that’s totally okay! I’ll give you the option to receive 50% back from what you paid and get a PNG of what I finished.

• You can’t get a refund after I have finished in full. If you were unsatisfied with what I gave you in its entirety (more than just some changes), you can pay for it again with 50% off and I’ll redo it!

Artistic Liberty

I offer discounts for artistic liberty pieces. Discount value depends on the request and how much creative "freedom" you allow me!

PLEASE NOTE that I will never change the previously agreed-on commission TYPE, however, and will honor whatever it is you have paid to receive.

Adopts and Designs

You’ll see most of this under my adopts, but there is information on my custom designs here too!

• I will not design based on a premade character.

• Designs can't be sold for more than you paid for them unless you have additional artwork.

• You may change the design however you please after you have paid in full! Just credit me for the original design and artwork if applicable

• My designs may not be used to promote hate speech or discrimination

• When reselling my designs, please notify me.

• When crediting me, credit my Toyhouse please!
