• Email address via Google Sign-In (authentication service) for account identification, points lookup, purchase history lookup, and login.

3. Storage & Safeguards

• Data is stored with a third-party cloud authentication/storage/hosting processor (the “cloud provider”) and is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS).

  • Default: until you delete your account or request deletion;
    
    

  • Inactive accounts: if you do not log in again for 3 years from your last sign-in, we will delete (or irreversibly anonymize) your data;
    
    

  • We may retain data as required by applicable laws (e.g., tax or dispute-resolution records).
    
    

4. Sharing & Processing by Third Parties

• TTUSOFT does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising.

  • Cloud provider: provides authentication/storage/hosting infrastructure (processes data only as instructed and to the extent necessary).
    
    

5. Your Rights & How to Exercise Them

• You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and withdrawal of consent.
  
  

• Delete account & data:
  
  

  • In-app: Options → Delete Account/Data.

  • After verifying your identity, we will process your request within a reasonable time. Synced diary/ledger content and related data will also be deleted within a reasonable scope. Items subject to legal retention will be deleted after the statutory period.
    
    

6. Regional Notices (Rights)

• EU/EEA (GDPR): rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint.
  
  

• Brazil (LGPD): confirmation of processing, access/correction, anonymization/blocking/deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, information about processing/agents, and review of automated decisions.
  
  

• Canada (PIPEDA): purpose specification, consent, access/correction, and reasonable safeguards.
  
  

• Korea (PIPA): legal bases and notices for collection/use/provision; for cross-border transfers, we provide the recipient, purpose, items, and retention period.

• The service is not directed to children under 13.

• We apply reasonable safeguards (least privilege, access controls, encryption); however, no online service is 100% secure.
