Funding
Funding Contact: Hui Xue (huixue AT clemson.edu)
PANTS has a limited budget from which to potentially provide (partial) support for travel for some junior participants. In order to stretch our budget, we encourage car pooling and students to share lodging as much as possible. At the moment, only US citizens and permanent residents are eligible for partial reimbursement. We will update this website with more funding information when available.
PANTS is funded for the 2026-2027 academic year by a grant from the NSA. Refreshments at PANTS XLI are partially supported by the Richard Duke Endowed Fund at the Georgia Tech School of Mathematics.

The core members of the PANTS consortium are the flagship research schools in the state of South Carolina, "The Palmetto State":
Clemson University
University of South Carolina
The goal of the PANTS meetings is to provide an opportunity for number theorists in South Carolina, and more generally, in the Southeast, to hear about recent research in all areas of number theory, pure and applied. For links to webpages of all PANTS meetings, see the PANTS home page.
For all funding/reimbursement questions please contact Hui Xue.
