Pantry ("the app") is a recipe box and weekly meal planner. This policy explains what

information the app handles. In short: your data stays on your device, and we do not run a

  server that collects it.

We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server we control.

All of your content — recipes, recipe books, meal plans, kitchen ingredients, settings, and

meal times — is stored only on your device. The app has no user accounts and

  no sign-in.

If you choose to import a recipe by pasting a web link, the app sends that link to one or

more third-party "CORS proxy" services (such as corsproxy.io, api.codetabs.com and

api.allorigins.win) so it can fetch the page and read the recipe. Only the URL you paste is

sent, and only when you use this feature. These services are operated by third parties and may

log requests according to their own policies; we do not control them. If you never use recipe

import, no web requests of this kind are made.

If you enable cooking reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your

device. No notification data leaves your device.

The optional one-time "Pro" upgrade is processed by Google Play Billing. Google

handles the payment; we never receive or store your payment details. Google's handling of that

transaction is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.

You are in control of your data. You can export a backup of everything from Settings, and you

can delete all of it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Pantry is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last

  updated" date.
