The data is collected from the Florida bay foodweb. The original meta-data can be found here. We extract the bifans of this network and build submodular hyperedges. The node labels/classes indicate whether the corresponding species is a producer, an invertebrate or a vertebrate (fish, birds or large animals). Some basic statistics of the dataset are as the follows.
