Research & Development: Working on the structural optimization and material performance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to reduce the weight penalties.
Composite Materials & Manufacturing: Reviewing manufacturing processes for the fabrication of carbon fiber tubes and sheets, and preparing & testing composite specimens based on ASTM standards to enhance material properties and ensure compliance with industry requirements.
Production Division Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the production division, ensuring workflow optimization, task allocation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and resource management to meet production deadlines, along with inventory control (FIFO, traceability, segregation) to ensure compliance with aerospace SOPs.
Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation: Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards by developing and implementing QMS frameworks, documentation control, internal audits, and continuous process improvement strategies. Establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for composite fabrication, conducting internal reviews, and ensuring adherence to aerospace industry quality and regulatory requirements.
