* **Account & Profile Data:** When you sign up via Google Sign-In or manual entry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.
* **Role-Specific Data:** Depending on your account type, we may collect business details (for Vendors) or household configurations and member data (for Customers).
* **Location Data:** We request access to your device’s GPS location to pinpoint delivery addresses (for Customers and Vendors) and to optimize and track delivery routes (for Riders).
* **Transaction & Order Data:** We collect information related to your subscriptions, one-time orders, digital wallet balances, cash payments, and empty bottle returns.
* **Images & Files:** If you upload a profile picture or business image, we collect and process these images through our secure cloud storage services.
## 3. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
* Create and manage your account.
* Process and fulfill water delivery subscriptions and one-time orders.
* Calculate delivery routes and allow Riders to navigate to your precise location using mapping services.
* Maintain a payment ledger, track wallet balances, and record cash/digital transactions.
* Facilitate household sharing by linking multiple members to a single delivery address using an invite code.

* **Google Play Services & Google Sign-In:** For secure authentication and user access.
* **Google Maps & Geocoding:** To convert addresses to GPS coordinates and display interactive maps.
* **Firebase (Auth, Firestore Database, Cloud Storage):** To securely store user data, order histories, and manage backend infrastructure.
* **Cloudinary:** To process, optimize, and store profile and business images.

## 6. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion
You can review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
* **Profile Updates:** You can update your delivery address, household members, and subscription plans directly within the App.
* **In-App Account Deletion:** You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by navigating to your Profile or Settings screen and selecting "Delete Account".
* **Web Account Deletion Request:** If you no longer have the app installed, you can click the "Account Deletion Request" button at the bottom of this page, or manually email us at info@magma3c.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" to have your data erased.
Note that we may retain certain financial ledger records as required by law for accounting purposes.
