Welcome to "Bloom Jam." These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game provided by TinyFable Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to play this game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible Android devices. You agree not to:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the gameplay experience.
- Exploit the game or any of its parts for any commercial purpose.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
- Virtual Goods: The game may include virtual currency, items, or flowers. These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real cash.
- Payments: All in-app purchases are managed exclusively through the Google Play Billing System. You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through your Google Account.
- Refunds: Generally, all purchases made within the game are final and non-refundable. Any refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies.
4. Advertising (IAA)
The game is supported by third-party advertisements. By playing Bloom Jam, you acknowledge that we may display ads (such as interstitial, rewarded, or banner ads). We strive to partner with certified ad networks, but we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products/services offered therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the game, including but not limited to game code, graphics, audio, UI layout, flower/art designs, and the "Bloom Jam" branding, are the exclusive property of TinyFable Studio.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely free of minor bugs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TinyFable Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the game.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the game at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any part of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international software distribution, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or competent arbitration.
