4. Jenis Rangkaian Tak Sesuai Dipilih (Auto 5G/4G/3G)

5. Setting APN Tak Betul

6. Phone Lama / Tak Support 4G/5G

7. Terlalu Banyak Aplikasi Guna Data Serentak

8. SIM Card Lama / Rosak

9. Cuaca / Gangguan Alam Sekitar

CARA TROUBLESHOOT

Sila reset APN setting , kemudian screenshot

1.Restart the device

2.Take out the sim card and reinsert in the same device (and then retry)

3.Take out the sim card and reinsert to another device (and then retry)

4.Reset the device APN steps as below:

FOR ANDROID:

From the home screen, tap the Menu button >

Tap Settings >

Tap Mobile networks >

Tap Access Point Names >

Tap the Menu button >

Tap New APN

APN: redone

MMSC: http://mms.celcom.net.my

MMS proxy: 10.128.1.242

MMS port: 8080

MCC: 502

MNC: 19

Authentication type: PAP

APN type: default,supl,mms

APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6

5.Once done, please save new APN name (redone)

6.Restart phone and retry

FOR IPHONE

Select Settings>

Select Mobile Data>

Select Mobile Data Network>

Scroll to and select Reset Settings>

BACK>

Select Mobile Data Network>

Enter NEW APN

Mobile Data

APN: redone

Username: redone

Personal Hotspot

APN: redone

Username: redone

Once done click back, after that select APN again, if information not change, restart phone and retry
