Company History
P & P Construction was established in 1992, built on a foundation of experience, hard work, and family values. After retiring as an Operating Engineer following an impressive 50-year career in the construction industry, Guy “Sonny” Pane was encouraged by his son, Louis Pane, to start their own construction company. Together, they launched P & P Construction while working on their very first project for Yale University — a milestone that set the tone for decades of quality workmanship and trusted service.
Since its founding, P & P Construction has grown into a respected contractor providing both commercial and residential construction services throughout the State of Connecticut. The company has successfully completed projects for major institutions and businesses including Yale University, the University of New Haven, and Mohegan Sun Casino, along with numerous other commercial clients.
In addition to large-scale commercial work, P & P Construction has proudly served homeowners across Connecticut, delivering reliable craftsmanship in roofing, remodeling, and new construction projects. The company is especially known for offering competitive pricing and dependable service, while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Today, P & P Construction continues to uphold the same principles it was founded on — family pride, industry expertise, and a dedication to building lasting relationships through exceptional work.
