최성진 (崔成鎭)

한양대학교 경영대학 교수로 재직하고 있다. 서울대학교에서 경제학 학사와 석사학위를 받았다. 그 후 중국 북경대학교 경영대학(GSM)에서 경영전략 박사학위를 받았다. 주로 기업의 정치 전략, 윤리 경영, 중국 산업 전략 등을 연구하고 있다. 논문들을 <Organization Science>, <Journal of Business Ethics>, <Journal of International Management>, <Management International Review>, <Journal of Business Research>, <Asia Pacific Journal of Management> 등의 주요 국제 저널에 게재하였다. 국내에서는 <경영학연구>의 국제경영(IB)분야 편집위원장을 맡고 있다. 강의로는 경영전략, 중국비즈니스전략 등의 과목을 가르치고 있다. 중국 첨단 기업의 경쟁력, 한국 기업의 중국 진출 전략, 반부패를 주제로 기업과 공공기관을 대상으로 교육 프로그램과 경영 컨설팅을 진행하였다.

崔成镇目前是汉阳大学商学院的教授。毕业于大元外国语高中（主修中文），并在首尔大学获得了经济学学士和硕士学位。之后，他在中国北京大学光华管理学院获得了管理战略博士学位。获得博士学位后，他在香港大学商学院担任博士后研究员。他主要研究企业的政治策略、道德经营、创新和中国的产业战略等领域。他的论文发表在《组织科学》、《商业伦理杂志》、《国际管理杂志》、《国际管理评论》、《商业研究杂志》和《亚太管理杂志》等主要国际期刊上。在国内，他担任《管理学研究》国际经营领域的编辑委员会主席。由于他积极的研究活动，他成为了汉阳大学商学院首位提前两年获得终身职位的教授。他曾担任汉阳大学-上海交通大学高级管理课程的主任教授、全球CEO创业融合专业的主任教授、汉阳大学国际化推进委员会的委员、韩国国际经营学会的秘书长等职。他教授的课程包括管理战略、中国商业战略等，并目前担任商学院本科项目主任。他为企业和公共机构提供讲座和咨询服务。

Dr. Seong-jin, Choi is a full professor of Strategic Management at Hanyang University Business School (HUBS), Seoul, Korea.

Seong-jin's research primarily focuses on business-government relationships, political strategies, and corruption control, with a particular emphasis on China and emerging markets. His work has been published in various international journals, including Organization Science, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Management, Management International Review, Journal of Business Research, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management, among others. Recognized for his active research activities, he became the first professor at Hanyang University Business School to be granted early tenure, two years ahead of schedule.

Seong-jin is actively involved in the academic community, holding positions in several journals. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief for Christian Management Review, a practical journal dedicated to integrating Christian values with management studies. And he is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Multinational Business Review. In addition, he holds the position of Area (IB) Editor for Korean Management Review, one of the most esteemed management journals in Korea, with his term running from 2023 to 2025.

Seong-jin specializes in teaching strategic management and business issues pertaining to China, catering to undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and executive students. He has a keen interest in delivering practical lectures, incorporating 'SMART' learning modules. Together with his students, Seong-jin has engaged in various business projects through a student startup program and has secured a domestic patent. He received the Excellence in Teaching Award in both 2020 and 2021. Currently, he is the Director of the HUBS Undergraduate Program, serving a term from 2022 to 2024. Seong-jin has also been involved in various consulting and educational programs for major private firms and public institutions in Korea.

Prior to entering academia, Seong-jin served in the military for two years and two months, and subsequently worked as an economic researcher at Hanwha Group. Before joining Hanyang University, he was a visiting doctoral student at the University of Southern California and later served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University (also known as 北京大学), with Professor Jiangyong Lu as his advisor. He holds an M.S. and a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University.
