최성진 (崔成鎭)
한양대학교 경영대학 교수로 재직 중이다. 대원외고를 졸업하고 서울대학교에서 경제학 학사와 석사 학위를 받았다. 베이징대학교 경영대학 (GSM)에서 경영전략을 전공하여 박사학위를 취득하고 홍콩대학교 경영대학에서 박사후연구원으로 근무하였다. 한양대학교에서는 연구 성과를 인정받아 조기 정년보장을 받았다. 주요 연구 분야는 기업의 비시장 전략, 중국의 산업정책, 전환기 경제사 등이며, 특히 중국의 제도 변화와 기업 전략 간의 상호작용을 장기간에 걸쳐 연구해 왔다. 경제학, 경영학 그리고 역사적 접근을 결합한 다학제적 방법으로 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 관련 논문은 Organization Science, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Management International Review, Journal of International Management, Economics & Human Biology 등에 게재되었다. 대표 저서와 번역서로는 《언더그라운드 이코노미》와 《차이나 매니지먼트》가 있다. 현재 Asia Pacific Business Review (SSCI)의 한국 지역 편집을 맡고 있으며, 한중경영연구원 원장으로서 중국 산업정책의 변화, 첨단기업의 성장 메커니즘, 한국 기업의 중국 진출 전략, 반부패 및 제도 전환기 거버넌스 등을 주제로 기업과 공공기관을 대상으로 연구, 교육, 자문을 수행하고 있다.

崔成镇现任汉阳大学商学院教授。毕业于大元外国语高中中文专业，随后在首尔大学获得经济学学士和硕士学位，并在北京大学光华管理学院取得管理学博士学位（战略管理方向）。博士毕业后，他曾在香港大学商学院从事博士后研究工作。
他的研究领域主要包括企业—政府关系、创新以及企业人工智能（AI）战略，研究重点聚焦中国及其他新兴市场。相关研究成果发表于 Organization Science、Journal of Business Ethics、Journal of International Management、Management International Review、Journal of Business Research 和 Asia Pacific Journal of Management 等国际权威期刊。
在学术服务方面，他现任《Korean Management Review》国际经营领域编委会主席，同时担任 Asia Pacific Business Review 副主编，以及 Multinational Business Review 编辑顾问委员会成员。
凭借卓越而持续的研究成果，他成为汉阳大学商学院首位提前两年获得终身教职的教授。他曾担任汉阳大学—上海交通大学高级管理课程主任教授、全球CEO创业融合专业主任教授、汉阳大学国际化推进委员会委员、韩国国际经营学会秘书长，并曾任汉阳大学商学院本科课程主任。
此外，他现任韩中经营研究院（Korea–China Business Research Institute, KCBRI）院长，为 LG、LS、现代汽车（Hyundai Motor）、LH 等多家企业及公共机构提供企业战略咨询与高管培训。他主讲的课程包括管理战略、中国商业战略等。

Dr. Seong-jin Choi is a Full Professor of Strategic Management at Hanyang University Business School (HUBS) in Seoul, Korea. His research focuses on business–government relations, regulatory compliance, innovation, and corporate artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, with particular emphasis on China and other emerging markets. His work has appeared in leading journals such as Organization Science and Journal of Business Ethics, among others.
Dr. Choi currently serves as an Associate Editor of Asia Pacific Business Review and as Area Editor for International Business at Korean Management Review. He is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Multinational Business Review.
He teaches strategic management and China-related business courses at the undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and executive levels. His teaching emphasizes practice-oriented and experiential learning through SMART modules, student startup programs, and industry-linked projects. He is a multiple-time recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award.
Dr. Choi has served as a visiting scholar or professor at the University of Southern California, Nihon University and Gakushuin University in Japan, and the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. He has also been actively involved in consulting and executive education programs for major private firms and public institutions in Korea.
He holds an M.S. and a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University. He received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, where he studied under Professor Jiangyong Lu. Prior to entering academia, he served in the military in Korea and worked as an economic researcher at Hanwha Group.
