Classic Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients:

• •2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

• In another bowl, beat eggs and whisk in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

• Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't overmix!

• Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.

• Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip.

• Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately with syrup.

Blueberry Pancakes
