ConnectTV Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Panasonic TV Remote Control mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you when using the App.

The App or its third-party service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

To discover and connect to compatible Panasonic Smart TVs, the App may access information about devices available on your local network, including:

This information is used only to discover, pair with, and control compatible TVs. Local network information is not used to access files or unrelated devices on your network.
The App may require access to Wi-Fi and network status to confirm that your phone and television are connected to the same local network. Depending on your Android version, nearby-device or location permission may be required by the operating system for local device discovery.
We do not use this permission to track your physical location.
If you contact us for support, we may receive information such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, or other information you voluntarily provide.
Depending on your device, Android version, and enabled features, the App may request permissions for:

Wi-Fi and network-state access
Local network or nearby-device discovery

Microphone access, if voice-control functionality is available

Permissions are used only to provide the related App functionality. You can review or change permissions through your device settings.

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. These providers may collect or process technical information, including advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and ad interaction data.

The App may offer optional Premium subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Google may process purchase information according to its own privacy policy. We may receive limited transaction information needed to verify purchases, restore access, and manage Premium features.

Pairing preferences and connected-TV information may be stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You should use a trusted and secured Wi-Fi network when connecting the App to your television.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
