Panama Coffee brings the full café experience directly to your wedding or special celebration. Our mobile coffee trailer travels to your venue and becomes part of the vibe — serving handcrafted specialty drinks and creating a warm, memorable guest experience.
We serve gourmet hot and iced coffees, signature Latin-inspired specialty drinks, and beautifully presented beverages that elevate your event and impress your guests. From elegant weddings to lively parties, we show up ready to serve, style, and stand out.

Secure your event date with a deposit and signed Panama Coffee Service Agreement. Upon confirmation, please provide your estimated guest count and clarify the service format — whether the event will be sales-based (guests purchase individually) or a pre-purchased drink count/package arranged by the host.
Day of Event remainder balance is paid, agreement is signed. Panama Coffee is prepping and coordinating inventory and setup. (Please provide map 24hr in advance).
Panama Coffee arrives 1-2 hours ahead of event for set up and ease of guests and staff serviced. Execute event. We will contact you via E-mail with totals of sales and 10% is sent by check to School or PTA Leader or POC.
This isn’t just a cup of coffee, it’s something much deeper to me. It’s about sharing flavors that bring back memories of childhood, family, culture, and connection. Every drink tells a story and reflects who we are and where we come from.
Panama Coffee was born from a blend of my cultures: de aquí y de allá. I come from Panamanian roots and I’m also a third-generation Mexican-American with Texas roots. I am proud to be Chicana and proud to be Latina.
I carry deep orgullo for my heritage and gratitude for the opportunity to live and grow in a country that has taught me the value of perseverance, struggle, and opportunity. Panama Coffee is a reflection of that journey... built with heart, culture, and community in every cup.
Vision
I am delighted to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through many years of managing and catering high-end weddings and events. My background includes hospitality and café service environments, including work connected with Microsoft café programs, where excellence in service, quality, and presentation is the standard.
From that foundation, Panama Coffee was created. Built with love and dedication, our top priority is delivering a memorable experience through flavor, creativity, and uniqueness. Every detail matters, from service to presentation to taste, so each guest interaction feels special.

Our mission is to unite communities and create spaces where people can enjoy and celebrate their heritage through flavor, music, salsa, food, and coffee. We bring the vibes and style in every detail, from trending specialty drinks to creating a true wow factor at your party, school, or event.
We strive to make every guest feel valued and important while highlighting the elegance, richness, and joy of Latin culture. We are proud to serve, proud of our roots, and honored to partner with the communities we work with.
A portion of our sales is reserved to support teachers’ classrooms and PTA teams, helping elevate and enrich school experiences.
