About me

Having worked as a caseworker for over 20 years and being involved in grievances and disciplinaries which took up so much time and cost for management and stress for the parties involved I could see there was a better way to resolve these issues.  I researched, trained and qualified as a workplace mediator and now support businesses and individuals in managing conflict in a less stressful, more cost effective and more productive way.
