Track and Field
Welcome. PAL Track is a "co-ed" program with event options for both Boys and Girls. The program offers both a Junior Varsity (grades 5 and 6) and a Varsity (grades 6, 7 and 8) level of competition. There are three (3) practice meets for the athletes to participate in and set marks that can be used for the Championship Meets. There is a separate JV and Varsity Championship meet. The "meet" season runs from late March to early May dependent upon Easter and site availability. All meets are hosted at Jesuit High School with practice meets starting at 1 pm and the two Championship meets starting ealier due to heat concerns.
