Mike Jeffers is a highly experienced and successful baseball coach and scout with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has spent the majority of his career as a coach, leading his teams to numerous state championships and regional titles, including 14 state championships and 9 Midwest Regional championships with Illinois District 15 Big League Baseball.
In addition to his successful coaching career at the club level, Jeffers has also served as an assistant coach at De La Salle Institute in Chicago, where he helped lead the team to three Chicago Catholic League championships, two IHSA Regional championships, and one IHSA Sectional championship.
Jeffers has also served as head coach at Hillcrest High School and as an assistant coach at Moraine Valley CC and Prairie State CC. In addition to his coaching experience, he has also worked as an associate scout for the Seattle Mariners and Chicago Cubs. More recently, he has served as head coach for the Palos Coyotes.
