At Abhinetics, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PalmSense (the "Application") handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Camera Access (android.permission.CAMERA): The Application requires access to your device's camera solely to capture a photo of your palm when you choose to scan. This photo is processed entirely on your device to generate your palm reading. The image is never uploaded, transmitted, or sent to any server, and the app does not access your camera in the background or without your explicit action.

B. Local Storage (Room/SQLite Database): To let you view your previous scan history and preferences, the Application stores this information locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the Application.

PalmSense does not collect, transmit, or process any data over the internet. The Application has no network or internet permission and operates entirely offline.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

- Generate your offline palm reading based on general palmistry concepts.

- Store your scan history locally on your device for your personal access.

- Allow you to retake or review past readings.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not collect, sell, share, trade, or transmit any of your personal data, photos, or scan history to any third party, server, or service. Since all processing happens entirely on your device, there is no data for us to share.

4. Data Security

Since no data ever leaves your device, there is no transmission risk. Your captured photo and scan history remain within your device's local app storage, protected by standard Android app sandboxing.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All data (photos, scan history, preferences) is stored entirely on your device and can be deleted instantly by clearing the application's storage/cache or by uninstalling the Application. We have no access to this data and cannot retrieve or restore it on your behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and since the app collects no data externally, no information is ever transmitted regardless of user age.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
