This Privacy Policy explains how Qzee Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Palmlytic: AI Palm & Horoscope mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below. Please take a moment to read through this policy before using the App.
2. Information We Collect
Here is exactly what the App gathers and why:
A. Palm Photos — Processed On Your Device Only
When you scan your palm, the photo is analyzed entirely on your device using on-device image processing. The image is never uploaded to our servers or sent to any third-party AI service, and it is not saved or stored once your reading is generated — it is discarded immediately after processing. We do not retain a copy of your palm photo at any point.
B. App Performance Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the App is used — for example, which features are opened most often and how the App performs on different devices. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
C. Advertising Identifier & Device Information
We use the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), along with general device details such as device model and operating system version, to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance, and help our advertising partners detect and prevent fraudulent activity. This is not linked to your name or used to identify you personally.
3. Third-Party SDKs Used in This App
Palmlytic uses a small number of third-party services to deliver ads and help us understand how the App performs. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy, linked below for your reference:
Note: this list reflects the SDKs currently integrated into Palmlytic. If we add other advertising or analytics partners in the future, this section will be updated before that change takes effect, with the relevant provider's privacy policy linked here.
4. Permissions Used by This App
Palmlytic requests the following Android permissions, each tied to a specific feature:
Internet & Network State — Needed to load app content, display ads, access online services, and retrieve updated information.
Advertising ID — Used by our advertising SDKs to provide relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraudulent activity, consistent with Google Play policies.
Camera — Used to scan your palm for the App's core reading feature. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are not stored or transmitted, as described in Section 2A.
Notifications — Used to send you app updates, reminders, feature information, and important service-related messages.
Hardware features: the App can use any available camera (including flash, where present, to improve scanning in low light) and supports multitouch for a smoother interface. Camera and multitouch are declared as optional hardware features, so the App remains installable and functional on devices that don't support them.
5. Advertising
Palmlytic is free to use and is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Pangle, Mintegral, AppLovin, Liftoff Monetize, and Meta. You can review or adjust your ad personalization settings at any time through Google's Ad Settings page. Ad partners may use your advertising ID and general device data to show relevant ads; this is governed by their own privacy policies, linked in Section 3.
6. How We Protect Your Information
Your palm photos never leave your device and are discarded immediately after your reading is generated — this is the strongest protection we can offer for this type of data, since it is simply never collected or stored by us at all.
Analytics data we receive is aggregated and anonymized; it is not linked back to you as an individual.
We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information that does pass through our systems, though no method of digital storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (GDPR):
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data where applicable
Ask us to limit how your data is processed
Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
Object to processing carried out under legitimate interest
If you are located in California (CCPA):
Ask us what categories of personal information we collect and why
Request the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
Opt out of the sale of personal information — note that we do not sell personal information
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
Exercise any of these rights without facing reduced service or a worse user experience
To exercise any of the rights above, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within 45 days of verifying your request, and may extend this by a further 45 days for more complex requests, with notice to you.
8. Children's Privacy
Palmlytic is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it promptly, consistent with COPPA and other applicable laws.
9. Data Retention
Palm photos are not retained at all — they are processed on-device and discarded immediately after your reading is generated. Data processed by our analytics and advertising partners is retained according to each partner's own retention policy, which we encourage you to review separately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves or as legal requirements change. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking back occasionally to stay informed.
