For a general idea of rates:

For any job less than a full day's work, there will be a $60 service call charge

Hourly labor $60 per hour

Parts and supplies must be paid for

SC tax rates 7% applied to all charges.

For larger jobs, I can give a quote for the cost. The final cost should be close to the quote, but could be higher or lower depending on costs of materials and additional work required to finish a particular job.

Does your home need a little work? We can help you out with some remodeling. You don't always have to do a full on, out of your house for a month, remodel to get your home rejuvenated. Think of some of these fixes:

Television hanging:  Is your TV sitting on a piece of furniture that is in the way or serves no purpose other than holding up the TV? Or is your TV already mounted on the wall, but it has a bunch of visible cords that you want hidden in the wall? This can make a huge difference in the look and feel of your room. Schedule a time for me to get that TV to look like it should.

Drywall Finishing: Do you have rough spots on your walls, holes, cracks, paneling, or just ugly walls you want refinished? Schedule a wall upgrade.

Door Repair / Replace: Having fresh doors, door trim, and door handles can really make your space look amazing. I can also get doors that are not closing properly to work like new again. Sliding doors, bifold doors, exterior doors, sliding patio screen doors break all the time, let me replace that for you. Does your glass sliding door barely slide anymore, I can replace the wheels in it and get it working like new.

Window Repair / Replace:  Broken window panes in the old style wooden window frames can be replaced. Double pane windows often need custom ordered parts to fix broken panes or the whole window replaced. I can help out with these most of the time. If not, I'll point you in the direction of someone who can help.

Ceiling scraping:  Are you tired of your popcorn ceilings? Let me get them all smooth for you.

Trim Carpentry: I spent 12 years doing trim carpentry on new homes, so if you need a new mantle, door trim, window trim, stairway, railing, crown, base boards, tin ceilings, or new custom closets, call me up, these are some of my favorite projects that I have a lot of experience with.

Flooring: Flooring has a rough time out here with the moisture and traffic. If you need new flooring or just to repair or rejuvenate the floors you have, I would be happy to help.

Backsplashes: A new backsplash is a great, quick way to give your kitchen a new face. Pick out something nice, and I'll get it installed properly for you.

Painting: I can do small paint jobs, or touch up work on projects I've completed

Tile work: Tile floors, bathroom walls, baseboards, or just repairing a section of tile that needs some work.

Cabinetry: Installing custom made or off the shelf cabinets helps make your place shine. Or just updating the cabinet doors you have can make a huge difference

Light Fixtures: A simple way to make your place look good is to have quality lighting. Let's update these for a fresh look.
