Palmetto Girls Sing is a girls’ choir that serves girls in grades 4-12 in Greenwood, SC and its surrounding areas. Palmetto Girls Sing seeks to enrich the lives of girls through diverse and high quality choral music. An emphasis is placed on the joy of singing and its importance in our world. Palmetto Girls Sing offers girls opportunities for personal, social, spiritual, and artistic growth as the girls learn vocal technique, vocal health, music reading, and performance skills. Palmetto Girls Sing presents its music, both sacred and secular, to the glory of God. As an outreach of First Presbyterian Church, Palmetto Girls Sing is a non-profit organization.

Palmetto Girls Sing will meet most Mondays in the sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church. Grades 4-6 will rehearse from 4:30-5:45 and grades 7-12 will rehearse from 6:00-7:00. Our year will begin with a parent meeting and opening reception on Monday, August 2 from 6:00-7:00. The first rehearsal will take place on Monday, August 9. Our year will end with a Spring Concert on Monday, May 16 at 6:00 PM.
