Woodland Lakes

Woodland Lakes is a community in Palm Beach Gardens exclusively aimed at the 55+ generation. Living here feels hassle free with someone else to worry about the aesthetics. Property exterior, roof maintenance, landscaping, and insurance are all taken care of by the association.

This community was built in the late 70’s and is made up of 25 single family homes and 5, four storey buildings which contain 120 condo units between them. Homes offer three to five bedrooms and condos offer two to three bedrooms with enclosed porches offering wonderful lake views or views of BallenIsles Country Club Greens. The association also provides bike storage and allows for pets with some restrictions.

Activities here are in abundance with access to three swimming pools, two tennis courts, a jogging path, and an on-site clubhouse. Golf is on the doorstep with the many options of courses that Palm Beach County has to offer.
