Q: Why doesn't the camera appear when I tap start?
A: Please ensure you have granted camera access to the App. Go to your phone's "Settings" > "Palm Master" > Enable "Camera".

Q: Why does it say "Analysis Failed" or connection error?
A: Please check your internet connection. Palmistry analysis requires sending images to the cloud for AI processing, so a stable connection is required.

Q: Will my palm photos be stored?
A: No. Your photos are used for real-time analysis only and are deleted from the cloud server immediately after analysis. We do not permanently store your photos.
