Palisades Punisher or Promenade

Race starts and finishes at Shelter #2 located along the Cedar River overlooking the dam.  A 2.4 mile loop with loads of elevation gain.   The Promenade is a 2 loop race  for a total of 4.8 miles. For those seeking a taste of the Punisher there is the Mini Punisher that is 4 hour as many loops as you can do. The Punisher is an 8 hour event with special awards for those completing 11 loops or more.  Beautiful views and lots of punishment.
