Paleto Bay Township Municipal Court

The Paleto Bay Municipal Court is committed to supporting the citizens of our jurisdiction and beyond by providing efficient and effective services in a courteous and timely manner.

The Paleto Bay Municipal Court has jurisdiction over issued traffic citations, ordinance violations and misdemeanor criminal cases that occur within the limits of Paleto Bay Township. Further, the court has the authority to arbitrate civil cases in which damages or matters of dispute do not exceed $15,000.

The Paleto Bay Municipal Court is located in northern Los Santos County, and serves approximately 8,000 citizens. The three judges of The Paleto Bay Municipal Court, along with the Clerk of Courts, are elected officials who serves six year terms. Magistrates, bailiffs, court administrators, and other court staff are appointed or confirmed by the judges and serve at their pleasure.
