Prescriptions Refill Update:

Our office has been experiencing an overwhelming number of refill request from pharmacies, often sent as multiple individual requests  for the same patient rather than being submitted together. Unfortunately, this volume has been difficult for our clinic to sustain while continuing to provide timely medical care to all patients. 

Please note Prescription refill services  are not covered by OHIP outside of your regular medical appointment and all Urgent  refills will be charged 20$. 

Starting September 01,2026 , a fee of $20 per prescription will be charged for All  refill requests without appointment that require special accommodation outside routine appointments.  

Please note this policy is intended to help us manage prescription requests safely and fairly for all patients while maintaining quality patient care. 

To avoid refill Fees and interruptions in your medications, patients are strongly encouraged to 

-Book routine follow- up appointments 3-4 weeks in advance before medication run out.

-Discuss and renew prescriptions during their scheduled appointments.

-avoid requesting last- Minute or same day appointment for prescription renewals.
