By using the services of Palawan Van Transport & Travel Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only upon payment or written confirmation from us.

• Pricing: Rates are subject to change due to fuel costs, seasonality, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled ≥ [30] days before the trip.

  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations within [1] hour.

2. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to adjust routes, vehicles, or schedules due to safety, weather, or operational needs.

• Alternate arrangements will be provided if services are canceled by us.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, passenger counts, and special requests in advance.

• Comply with local laws (e.g., no smoking in vehicles).

• Damages to vehicles caused by passengers will incur repair fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses due to:

  • Acts of nature (e.g., typhoons, floods).

  • Third-party services (e.g., ferries, hotels).

  • Customer negligence (e.g., missed pickups).

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

6. Disputes & Governing Law

• Disputes will be resolved under the laws of [Philippines/Palawan].

• Claims must be filed within the day of the incident.

7. Changes to Terms

• Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
