Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only upon payment or written confirmation from us.
Pricing: Rates are subject to change due to fuel costs, seasonality, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations:
Full refund if canceled ≥ [30] days before the trip.
No refund for no-shows or cancellations within [1] hour.
We reserve the right to adjust routes, vehicles, or schedules due to safety, weather, or operational needs.
Alternate arrangements will be provided if services are canceled by us.
Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, passenger counts, and special requests in advance.
Comply with local laws (e.g., no smoking in vehicles).
Damages to vehicles caused by passengers will incur repair fees.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses due to:
Acts of nature (e.g., typhoons, floods).
Third-party services (e.g., ferries, hotels).
Customer negligence (e.g., missed pickups).
All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.
Disputes will be resolved under the laws of [Philippines/Palawan].
Claims must be filed within the day of the incident.
Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
