These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/view/pal-software/meetyou-privacy-policy, constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PAL SOFTWARE d.o.o., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("PAL SOFTWARE," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of MeetYou: Interactive Stories game, website, and related services (the "Service").
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
You may need to create an account to access certain features

By submitting User Content, you grant PAL SOFTWARE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service.
You represent that your User Content:
Does not violate any third-party rights
Is not false, misleading, or fraudulent
Does not contain viruses or malicious code
Complies with all applicable laws
The Service may offer virtual currency, items, or premium content ("Virtual Items")
Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold
Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
Virtual Items are non-transferable
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
Prices may change at any time
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account
PAL SOFTWARE is not required to provide refunds for any reason. You will not receive money or compensation for unused Virtual Items when an account is closed.
All content in the Service, including stories, characters, graphics, music, and code, is owned by or licensed to PAL SOFTWARE and protected by intellectual property laws.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become the property of PAL SOFTWARE without any compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/view/pal-software/meetyou-privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all Virtual Items, without refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PAL SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
PAL SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS
IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAL SOFTWARE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your User Content
Your violation of any third-party rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Croatia. We encourage you to contact us first at [support email] to resolve any issues.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PAL SOFTWARE regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
We may assign these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
