The Platform enables users to book bus tickets for inter-city travel and city-to-city car rides, connecting passengers with bus operators and independent drivers.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Pak Booking Platform, including passengers booking bus tickets or city-to-city car rides. It covers data collected directly from users, automatically through the Platform, and via third-party services we employ. This policy applies only to our online activities and does not cover information collected offline or through channels other than the Platform.
We comply with applicable laws in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where the Platform operates. In case of any inconsistency between this policy and local laws, we will adhere to the local laws.
We collect information to provide, improve, and secure our services. We categorize this as information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from other sources.
Registration and Profile Information: Full name, phone number, email address, date of birth (D.O.B), country, city, and profile picture (optional). For safety and verification, we may request national ID numbers, selfie images for liveness checks, or emergency contacts where permitted by law.
Booking Information: Origin and destination points, payment method, estimated or negotiated price, booking type (bus ticket or car ride), comments, delivery details (if applicable), and special instructions.
Payment Information: Credit card number, billing address, or other payment details processed securely through third-party gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers; payments are processed securely via third-party PCI DSS-compliant gateways.
User-Generated Content: Reviews, chats, audio recordings (if enabled for safety), or other voluntary submissions.
Communications: Information shared via email, live chat, social media, or support tickets, including attachments and metadata.
Incentive Programs: For promotions, referrals, or loyalty programs, we may collect user ID, banking details, or vehicle information (if applicable for ride-related incentives).
Without providing required information, you may not access certain features, such as making bookings.
Device and Usage Data: Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, app usage analytics, crash reports, and performance data.
Location Data: We collect foreground location data (GPS coordinates, WiFi data) based on your device permissions and Platform settings. This is used for ride matching, real-time tracking, route optimization, and safety. For bus bookings, location helps suggest nearby stops; for car rides, it enables live driver-passenger tracking. Location data is streamed in real-time and not stored permanently unless needed for dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Precise location is essential for core app functionality (ride matching, real-time tracking, and safety during active bookings) and is only collected when the app is in use or with explicit user permission.
Log Files and Cookies: We use cookies, web beacons, and log files to track visits, preferences, and trends. Non-personal data includes date/time stamps, referring pages, and clicks. You can manage cookies via browser settings.
Non-Personal Analytics: Pages accessed, internet address linked from, and search history on the Platform to improve user experience.
We do not collect sensitive information such as racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or genetic data unless required by law.
