Registration: Advanced registration is required. Students will receive a U.S. Sailing Basic Keelboat textbook, logbook, U.S. Sailing Certification and membership, and eligibility to rent basic keelboats.

While the title proves you own the car, the registration is basically permission from the state to operate it on the road and will come to you with license plates to display on the vehicle. Depending on whether you purchased a vehicle from a dealer or a private individual will determine the actions you'll need to take.

In most situations, your title will be released within 10 business days of Navy Federal receiving your payoff, and it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery of the title or lien release. If the title is electronic or other conditions apply, our letter will detail the process to obtain the physical title and ensure that the lien release is properly recorded. Your state's processing requirements may also affect the timeline, as some states process titles electronically, while others don't. Contact your local titling or registration authority for more information about their processes and timelines.

The Cove Marina, located at 1101 Okinawa Road (Bldg. 1517), is the full-service marina aboard JEB Little Creek. We serve active duty, retired military, and DOD personnel. For wet slip storage, we offer 84 concrete floating dock slips.

Wet slips are available for monthly rental, including 20A, 30A, & 50A electricity and water. We can currently accommodate boats up to 46 feet overall length at our floating slips, and up to 60 feet overall length at our t-heads. Military/DOD identification, proof of insurance, boat registration or Coast Guard documentation, Coast Guard Vessel Safety Inspection, and a current credit card is required to complete a slip contract at Cove Marina. Contracts must be renewed annually, and all information must be kept up to date. Pricing for wet slips is as follows:

DuSable Harbor is located in the heart of downtown Chicago at the foot of Randolph Street. Surrounded by a towering skyline and being the only harbor with slips close to the loop, it is a very popular mooring location.

31st Street Harbor is the newest and most anticipated addition to the Chicago harbor system. Completed in 2012 with slips for 1000 boats and a sustainable, eco-friendly design unrivaled in the industry, it provides an exceptional experience for boaters.

Slip assignments are rolled over each year and the permit holder has until December 15th to renew their slip for the coming season. After that slips are assigned in late December by processing transfers first and then new applicants beginning in January.

Boaters who wish to have an auxiliary (jet ski, tender, or other additional craft) in their slip need to apply for a separate auxiliary permit. Auxiliary permits are $30/foot in-slip or $100/foot for other slip and are good for the entire boating season. We ask that all auxiliaries have their permits displayed while in the harbor.

When the lien is satisfied, a lien satisfaction notification will be sent to DMV and the title will either be automatically issued to the registered owner of the vehicle, or to a new lienholder if one is being added. A lien is perfected when the registration/titling documents are submitted to DMV and processed. DMV then sends an electronic notification to the lienholder. ELT service providers do not send electronic records to DMV for lien perfection.

You must be enrolled in the program to open a Navy Cash account. You must give a signed and dated application form FS 2887 to your Disbursing Office (DO) or designated representative. You must also bring a copy of a cancelled check or deposit slip from your financial institution.

If your renewal is due or you choose to renew the registration, you must provide a passing emissions test if required and the last test was completed more than 90 days prior. You will receive credit for the unused portion of your current registration if it is not due for renewal.

Registration decals which indicate the month and year of expiration are placed on the upper right-hand corner of the rear plate. Your registration expires on the exact date listed on the slip; it is not valid until the end of the month.

Nevada license plates are issued to people and businesses, not to vehicles. You may transfer your existing plates to a new vehicle. Plate transfers between individuals require a witnessed statement which can be completed at the DMV at the time of registration.

The snow is here and we are ready! Registered members of the Youth Complex can join us for our trip to Mt. Etna for a fun-filled day of snowboarding. Make sure to wear appropriate clothing since it will be very cold. Be sure to stop by and grab a permission slip and waiver. Bring a packed lunch or bring euro for a meal on the mountain.

Allen Harbor Marina is located in the northeast corner of the former Quonset-Davisville Naval Base in a naturally sheltered harbor with excellent views and access to Narragansett Bay. Acquired from the Navy, the Town owns and operates the Marina, that includes 82 moorings, 124 slips, 2 transient slips and 3 transient moorings. In addition, a boat ramp is available for public use.

"Sunset Properties was great to work with and the owner has a very nice, CLEAN, well decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo overlooking the bay. It may be important for coffee drinkers to know that a Kuerig is available - no regular coffee pot. This condo is located on the first level of the west building and is located directly above the assigned boat slip - this is a great advantage. The appliances all seem to be relatively new, the beds seem new but somewhat hard, and the carpet also seems very new. The overall smell of the condo is very crisp and clean - not musty at all. This condo gets direct morning sun so you cannot sit on the deck for breakfast. It is obviously shaded and pleasant in the evening. The biggest issue we encountered was that the Navy Cove boat ramp is now padlocked and we did not have a key. Sunset Properties was unaware of this - the owner should provide a key. Overall, this is a very nice condo which has just recently been put on the rental market. "
