Thank you for using Migraine Tracker. The app helps you record migraine attacks, understand patterns in your entries, and prepare clear information for healthcare appointments.
If you have questions, feedback, or need help with the app, contact us at:

Tap Create Migraine Entry, choose when the attack started, and enter its peak intensity. You can select one or more pain areas on the interactive 3D head map and record details such as aura, symptoms, pain characteristics, possible triggers, medication use, and daily impact.
You can record an active attack or change the date and time to add a previous attack using the same form.
Migraine Tracker supports:
Attack start and end times
Peak intensity from 1–10
Pain areas on the 3D head map
Aura types
Symptoms such as nausea and light sensitivity
Pain characteristics
Possible triggers
Medication and reported relief
Daily-life impact
Notes
Optional temperature and barometric pressure context
Possible triggers and weather relationships are presented as associations in your recorded data, not as confirmed causes.
If you grant location permission, the app uses your approximate location to obtain local temperature and barometric pressure. This weather context can be attached to migraine entries and compared across your reports.
Your migraine records are not shared with weather providers. Migraine tracking continues to work normally without location permission.
Selecting this option confirms that the day passed without a migraine. A day with no entry is treated as unrecorded rather than automatically counted as migraine-free.
Your migraine entries and saved AI reports are stored on your device.
PDF reports are generated when requested. You can preview, save, or share them using the options provided by iOS.
AI reports summarize patterns found in your completed migraine entries, including frequency, intensity, symptoms, possible triggers, medication response, and available weather context.
AI reports require Migraine Premium and your consent before data is processed through our protected server and AI provider. Your data is not used to train AI models.
AI-generated reports are informational and may contain errors. They do not provide a diagnosis, establish the cause of a migraine, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
The report uses completed attacks from the period you select:
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
All available records
A maximum of the 120 most recent completed attacks in the selected period may be included in AI analysis.
Yes. Migraine Premium includes detailed migraine analysis and PDF reports. Reports can include attack history, intensity and duration charts, commonly recorded symptoms and pain areas, possible associations, medication response, and weather context.
These reports can help you organize your records before an appointment but do not replace a medical assessment.
The current version focuses specifically on migraine and migraine-like headache attacks. It is designed around head and upper-neck pain areas, aura, migraine symptoms, possible triggers, medication response, and attack duration.
Records created in earlier PainAI versions remain available as read-only history.
We value your feedback. If you have suggestions, questions, or encounter a problem, contact us at ensverse@gmail.com.
Your feedback helps us make migraine recording and reporting clearer, faster, and more useful.
Thank you for choosing Migraine Tracker.
