Please click on the links below to learn about each of these roles. The Swimmingly App has streamlined what is needed and made it very simple to participate.
These roles are required by the league to run a sanctioned swim meet and must be filled for each meet
A limited number of phone chargers available each meet. Please have the Swimmingly app downloaded amd logged in prior to the meet!
The Starter
The Starter
The Starter- is responsible for the fair and consistent initiation of each race. The app provides tools for managing the start sequence, handling false starts, and ensuring timely progression of events.

Essential for capturing precise performance times, Timers benefit from the app’s functionalities that facilitate accurate time recording and efficient communication with the scoring officials
Stroke and Turn Judges- 2 positions are required per meet

These judges ensure that all swimmers adhere to the technical rules of their strokes and turns. The app aids in monitoring compliance, recording any infractions, and upholding the integrity of the competition.
Deck Parents - 3 parents required each meet
Deck Parents - 3 parents required each meet
Required for meet flow and swimmer safety. Deck Parents act as the 'Air Traffic Controllers' of the meet. You help gather swimmers from the team area, line them up for their events, and ensure they are behind the correct lane and ready to race on time.
