Tyler Rohm, an eighth grader that attends Deer Park Junior High, is battling brain cancer for the third time. He was first diagnosed at the age of twelve, and is now fifteen. Our goal is to raise money to help him and his family in any way we can.
why are we doing this?
Our main goal for the Paige Project is to raise money for kids in the community with cancer and other serious illnesses.
Beneficiary of the original Paige Project
When Paige was an eighth grader at Deer Park Junior High, she was diagnosed with leukemia. As she courageously battled the disease for the next three years, she inspired and touched everyone she met. Although she lost her battle the third time around, she brightened everyone's day with her big smile! She will forever be remembered.

The Caring Community Big Red class is organizing this event to raise money for a student in our community with brain cancer. The Paige Project started back in 2014 when Paige Legeune, an eighth grader attending DPJH at the time, was diagnosed with cancer. our class decided to rename this annual effort The Paige Project to honor her memory because she started all of these fundraisers that we do for kids that are just like her.
