Punjab AI Excellence is a pioneering educational initiative launched in 2025 by ml0.ai, co-founded by AI researcher Dr. Sandeep Singh Sandha. The program aims to democratize practical AI education across India, with a strong emphasis on Punjab and outreach to underrepresented communities.

• Since its inception, the initiative has conducted live AI training sessions for over 50,000 students, partnering with institutions such as Akal Academies, SGPC schools, and government schools throughout Punjab.

• The curriculum—offered in both Punjabi and English—caters to learners from 8th grade to university level, and includes real-world AI applications, neural networks, Python programming, cloud-based AI, and interview preparation.

• The initiative operates in more than 350 schools and has attracted participants from 200+ cities across India, though around 80% of them hail from Punjab.

• Notably, through a collaboration with Akal Academies, students in over 100 rural schools across Punjab have started receiving AI training from the 2025–26 academic year. This benefits approximately 15,000 students in grades VII to XII.
