The KAAGAPAY: The Alpha’s Grievance Desk Information. An onsite desk shall be available to provide assistance to the student’s complaints in their financial, health, violence, academic, unfair treatment, needs, and other issues involving student’s grievance.
Through its objective, the KAAGAPAY shall address and act to the needs of students through on-site consultation with administrative and academic elements and provide a process for an impartial review of student-initiated concerns and to ensure that the rights of university students are properly recognized and protected.
