### What Data Is Deleted Upon Deletion?
When your deletion request is completed, the following data is **permanently and irreversibly erased**:
1. **Authentication Credentials:** Your email address, encrypted password, and Firebase User ID (UID) are deleted from Firebase Authentication.
2. **Database Records:** Your coin balance, display name, avatar settings, and all transaction history records are deleted from Cloud Firestore.
3. **Local Storage:** All cached session data, transactions, and local preferences on your device are completely wiped.
4. **Documents:** Pagio Pdf Tools does not store or upload your PDF files to any server; therefore, no document files exist on our servers.

### Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app in seconds:
1. Open **Pagio Pdf Tools**.
2. Tap on the **Profile / Settings** tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and select **"Delete Account"**.
4. Enter your account password to confirm ownership.
5. Tap **"Delete Account"**.
6. Your account and cloud records are immediately destroyed, and the app resets to Guest Mode.

### Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (If App Is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to delete your account:
- **Email to:** `rakibulalamratul37@gmail.com
- **Subject:** `Account Deletion Request - Pagio Pdf Tools`
- **Body:** State the registered email address associated with your Pagio account.
**Processing Time:**
Email deletion requests are processed and confirmed within **48 to 72 hours**. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently wiped from our systems.
