The Philippine Healthcare and Mercury Wastes Management Project (HCW Project) celebrated International Zero Waste Month with a forum titled “Zero Waste for Health: Advancing Sustainability in Healthcare Facilities.”

Held simultaneously in Regions 2, 8, and NCR, the event highlighted sustainable waste management in healthcare, drawing professionals from partner hospitals, including Quezon Memorial Medical Center (QMMC), Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC), and Eastern Visayas Medical Center (EVMC).
