It all started, as most things do, at the beginning.
After that, I went to St. John's College in Annapolis and studied ancient Greek and philosophy, which came in handy as I pursued a career as a chef across the United States, the high Seas, Germany, France and Ireland.
I have lived and worked in six countries and three languages, first as a chef in everything from pizza parlors to cruise ships to Michelin-starred restaurants, and then in healthcare operations as the Support Services Manager for Chapleau Health Services (https://sschs.ca/general/home.html ), a small rural hospital in Ontario's North East LHIN (http://www.nelhin.on.ca/ ).
I am currently working on my MBA (almost finished!) and Long Term Care Administrator certification.
