2. Data Collection We believe in complete privacy. Paddock does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or log in to use the App.

• No Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Firebase) to track your usage or behavior within the App.

• No Location Data: The App does not request or access your device's precise location.

3. Payment Processing Paddock offers subscription services (e.g., Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime). All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store.

• We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.

• We only receive an anonymous receipt token from Apple to verify your subscription status.

4. External Data & APIs The App fetches motorsport data (race times, standings, etc.) from third-party APIs to function.

• These requests are made directly from your device to the data provider.

• We do not intercept, store, or analyze the content of these requests.

5. Apple’s Standard Data As with any app distributed via the Mac App Store, Apple collects standard, anonymous technical data (such as crash reports or installation counts) if you have opted-in to share metrics with developers in your macOS system settings. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
