Time: Starting 26th July - Every Thursday from 11:30am to 12:45pm

Cost: $50 per person for 10 sessions. Payment upfront via BrisWest plus $5 BrisWest Annual Membership.
Class is available for BrisWest Members, or for those willing to join.
