Complete a site registration form and register the audit/service evaluation locally. These can be accessed under the PACT information tab.

Local team:

We reccomend 2 junior PIs and 1 senior PI at each collaborating site
MTCs may want an additional junior PI depending on volume

Any UK hospital treating any complex tibia fractures.

This includes:

Open tibia fractures (any open tibia) - AO/OTA 41, 42 or 43)
Proximal tibia fractures- AO/OTA 41
Distal tibia fractures - AO/OTA 43
