Scope and Purpose
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app “PackWise” (Android and iOS). The app helps campers organize their gear efficiently and stay within allowed weight limits.
Regions
Primary markets: United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and France. The app does not specifically target users in the United States.
What data is processed?
No accounts/registration: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or payment details within the app.
In‑app purchase: There is an in‑app purchase (approx. €2.99) to remove ads. Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play / App Store. We do not receive payment details.
Device permissions: Location (GPS), camera, contacts, and push notifications are not used.
Third‑party SDKs may process the following on device or on the provider’s servers:

Analytics (Firebase Analytics): In the EU/UK we collect usage data only as legally permitted; where required we obtain consent and/or limit collection.
Consent and choices
For users in the EU/UK, we obtain consent before serving personalized ads (Google User Messaging Platform, UMP). Without consent, we serve only non‑personalized ads (NPA). You can change your consent at any time in the app (e.g., via “Settings > Privacy > Manage consent”). If this option is not yet visible in your version, please contact us by email.
International transfers

Storage and retention
We operate no own servers and do not store personal data outside the device. Third parties process and retain data according to their own policies and retention periods.
