Packsize Visualiser — Privacy Policy

Packsize Visualiser ("the app") is currently free, contains no ads, and does not require an account. It does not collect personal information for its core features. Everything you create in the app stays on your device unless you choose to send it to us or share it. We may introduce advertising in a future update; if we do, this policy will be updated beforehand to explain exactly what data the advertising provider collects.
Camera & photos
The app can use your camera to scan product barcodes and to photograph carton labels so their text can be read into a product description. Barcode scanning and text recognition happen entirely on your device — photos and scans are never uploaded or shared with us. If you attach a photo when sharing a pack summary, it is sent only through the sharing app you choose. You can use the app fully without granting camera or photo access.
Feedback
If you choose to use the in-app "Submit Feedback" form, the note you write, any email address you optionally provide, and basic technical details (feedback category, platform, app version, and time of submission) are sent to us and stored in a private spreadsheet so we can improve the app. Providing an email address is optional and only used to reply to your feedback.
Data storage
Everything you create in the app — input values, field-label preferences, saved product presets and their revision history, recently used combinations, and scanned barcode links — is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Data deletion
The only data we hold is what you optionally submit via the in-app feedback form (your note and, if provided, your email). To request deletion of that data, email zaffronedwards@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
