PackPro is committed to protecting your privacy and securing your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our application.
PackPro operates on a simple principle: we do not collect your data. All information you enter or store in PackPro remains exclusively on your device. Travel documents such as passports, boarding passes, ID cards, and insurance documents are stored locally and never transmitted to any external servers. The same applies to your packing lists, trip details, photos, and notes. We do not use or maintain any cloud storage or external databases for your personal information.
Your data belongs to you, and it stays on your device. Because PackPro does not have servers that collect personal information, your documents and lists are never sent anywhere outside your iPhone.
Your Document Vault is designed with privacy and security in mind. Sensitive documents can be protected using Face ID or Touch ID, and they are stored using iOS security frameworks for local encryption. No one else, including us, has access to your vault or its contents. You are always in control of your information, and you can delete your documents at any time to remove them permanently from your device.
While PackPro provides these built-in safeguards, we encourage users to take personal responsibility for keeping sensitive documents secure. Only store what you need for your trip, and use biometric protection for added peace of mind.
We do not collect or store any personal identification information, travel itineraries, passport numbers, or document details. We also do not record location history, device identifiers, usage analytics, or reservation data. In short, PackPro does not access or process any sensitive or personal information from your device. The app is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy by keeping all data on your phone, fully under your control.
PackPro may integrate with third-party services only when you explicitly choose to use them. For example, you may enable iCloud backup through iOS Settings to back up your data securely, or export documents through file sharing. These actions are entirely optional and governed by the privacy policies of the respective services. We encourage you to review those third-party policies to understand how your information is handled outside of PackPro.
Because your information is stored locally, you maintain full control and responsibility for your data. Your data exists only on devices where you install PackPro. You are responsible for backing up your information using iOS backup features and for protecting your device with passcodes and biometric authentication. Exercise caution when storing highly sensitive documents. If you lose your device or delete the app without a backup, we cannot recover your data.
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with new regulations. Any updates will appear in the app, and by continuing to use PackPro after changes are made, you accept the revised policy. However, one principle will never change: your data stays on your device.
